Futon!!

Futon wooden frame and pad. Pretty comfy- folded, seats 2, flat is the size of a double bed.
Folded, takes less space than most futons but has just as much sleeping space. Great for small, city apartments!
The measurements of the futon, folded into a seat are (approximately- I may be +/- an inch on each measurement) 60" wide, 32" high from the ground up the tallest part of the back rest, the seat 13" high off the floor, and 44" deep from the edge of the seat to the wall.
